Estimates and pricing

Our pricing is based on volume (how much space your items take up), the type of items, the labor required, and disposal costs. Every estimate includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. You will always get a clear price before any work begins.

Estimates given by text, phone, email, the website form, or in person are based on the photos and details you give us. If the job is different when we arrive (more items, different items, or harder access than described), or if you add items on the day, we will tell you the new price before we do the extra work. You can accept it, or limit the job to what was originally quoted.

Scheduling

We will agree on a day and an arrival window with you. Arrival times are estimates: traffic, weather, and earlier jobs can affect them, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can by call or text. If you won't be home, tell us in advance and make sure we can safely reach the items. You are responsible for any building rules, such as elevator reservations, loading dock access, or parking.

Your right to dispose of the items

You confirm that you own the items you ask us to remove, or that you have the owner's permission to dispose of them. For rentals, estates, and managed properties, you confirm you are authorized to have the items removed. Once we haul an item away, it cannot be returned, so please make sure nothing you want to keep is in the pickup area.

Items we can't take

For safety and legal reasons we cannot remove hazardous materials, including:

• Chemicals, solvents, pesticides, and pool chemicals
• Paint, stains, and other liquid coatings
• Gasoline, oil, propane tanks, and other fuels
• Asbestos or materials that may contain it
• Medical waste, sharps, and biohazards
• Ammunition, fireworks, and explosives

If you're not sure about an item, text us a photo before the job. If we find a hazardous item on site, we will leave it in place.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done, unless we agree on something different in writing before the job. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we quote.

Donations and recycling

We sort what we pick up and donate or recycle what we can before taking the rest to the dump or to H-POWER, the City and County of Honolulu's waste-to-energy facility. Donation and recycling depend on the condition of the items and what local organizations and facilities accept, so we can't guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled.

Damage

We take care with your home and property. Report any damage as soon as possible, with photos if you can, so we can look into it and make it right where we are responsible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by conditions we weren't told about.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Hawaiʻi law that cannot be waived.

Information on this website is general and may change. Reviews shown on the site are written by customers on Google and Yelp and are reproduced as written.

Hawaiʻi law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of the State of Hawaiʻi.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. The terms in effect when you book a job apply to that job.
